  • Support between sessions via text, email, and social media. I will answer all of your questions within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Access to my private Facebook group forum where you will receive motivation, recipes, and detox tips to ensure your success.

  • The opportunity to transition into my six-month coaching program, following the detox. This is entirely optional (and not a part of the 21-Day Sugar Detox program), but would enable us to continue to work together as you phase off of the detox and back into a regular routine. Together we would find the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you as you add foods back into your diet, and build healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

For years, I struggled with sleep issues, extreme fatigue, and up to three migraines per week.  After my being diagnosed with MS in 2011, I started to take control of my own health.  I completed the 21DSD for the first time in 2013, and two weeks into the program I was sleeping through the night.  In week three I did not have a single migraine.  Post detox I transitioned to a modified Paleo lifestyle, and I found the proper balance of foods that I could add back into my diet while continuing to maintain optimal health.  Today I continue to sleep through the night, have minimal headaches, and no longer struggle with the lack of energy that was a major issue for so many years.
